easy access local shops fresh towels
i secured transport from the airport directly to the hotel. the location provides easy access to local shops, this access made quick errands convenient. my room included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily.
the air conditioning took a little while to cool the room.

good breakfast central location stiff bed poor soundproofing
the riad offer a good breakfast with fresh produce daily. jamila was a very good host and her colleague kept the hotel clean. the location is good. it is right in the heart of the medina.
i found the bed a little stiff for my liking. rooms on the ground floor are dark because the only windows overlook the small entrance area. it is impossible to keep them open while maintaining privacy. i think the soundproofing is quite poor.

helpful staff clean riad
the staff sat us down and drew a map for us. they helped us set up excursions and ensured we had a lovely stay (a really lovely stay!). the riad was clean and gorgeous.
the spa is at an extra cost. the massagist didn't seem to know what to do.
